Mr.T.G.Raghavendra and Roopa Industries Limited:

Prior to taking over of Roopa Industries Limited., Mr.T.G.Raghavendra was actively involved in their traditional business of production and marketing of Edible oils, including extraction and hydrogenation.

Took over Roopa Industries Limited., in 1998 and commenced the production of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients in 2000. Under his leadership, Roopa Industries Limited, has manufactured products such as Fluconazole, Sildenafil Citrate,  Losartan Potassium and Glucosamine salts.

The ultra-modern manufacturing unit is located near Hyderabad City, the capital of Andhra Pradesh State, India.

Roopa Industries Limited is a Public Limited Company with 70% stake by Mr.T.G.Raghavendra  and associates.

The evaluation agency CRISIL has rated RIL as a BB+ Company.

Mr.T.G. Raghavendra  & Associates are the promoters of Heptachem  & Pharma (India) Pvt Limited which produces Bromine. Metabromo Anisole and Tetrabutyl Ammonium Bromide. The manufacturing facility is located at Adoni in Kurnool province which is about 250kms from Hyderabad.

Mr.T.G.Raghavendra and Associates are also the promoters of Star Niochem Pvt Limited., which was established in 2013 producing Triphenyl Phopshine with 100 MT  capacity per month. The manufacturing  facility is also located at Adoni in Kurnool province.

Mr.T.G.Raghavendra has displayed his leadership skills with the above accomplishments.

MR. V.J SARMA
Started managerial career immediately after studies, because of work experience while studying. Served in senior positions in cotton, refined oils & vanaspati and cement industries in administration, finance, marketing & commerce and factory management for over 22 years and has been on the Board of Roopa Industries Limited thereafter.

Mr.M.T.Srinivasa Rao:

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has an experience of more than 35 years in  the field of Finance and Accounts.

Under his guidance, the companies of Mr.T.G.Raghavendra  & Associates have grown in a big way.

He controls the finance and Accounts Portfolio.

Mr.R.Madan Mohan Rao:

He is a chemical Engineer with Master's Degree.
He was associated with Rayalaseema Paper Mills Ltd., for over 15 years.
He was Secretary with Andhra Pradesh State Financial Corporation  for 10 years.

Considering his corporate and legal experience, he holds the portfolio of Corporate Affairs & Legal matters.
